Returns & Exchanges

If it is necessary to return or exchange some merchandise, please call us at 1-217-379-3802 from 9-5 Central or fill out the return form below. When returning items to us, please keep the following in mind:

Pack the return merchandise well so it arrives back to us in new re-saleable condition.
Send the return by the cheapest method possible and enclose a note explaining the reason for the return and the action you would like taken (refund, credit, exchange, or replacement).
If the error is ours, we will gladly refund the return postage if sent by cheapest method. If you ordered the wrong item or you changed your mind about the merchandise, the responsibility for return postage is yours, but we will happily refund or replace the merchandise at your shipping expense if it is returned in good condition.

Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order.

If for any reason you choose to return your selection, we'll refund the purchase price to your credit card account or paypal account. You may return your product in the original unopened package within 15 days for a full refund. Shipping charges are non refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
